Glitter by Kate Maryon

This is the first book I read in secondary school, which I loved!

Liberty has everything a girl could ask for. A rich dad, a great best friend, glitter a fancy fun boarding school and amazing education. But she doesn’t have a mother, who’s past is a mystery, and the freedom to play music and enjoy life, because of her father’s strict rules, are forbidden. But things go from bad to worse when her dad’s business gets ruined and she has to move schools. But maybe this is a chance to make her life get a bit of glitter?

I recommend this book for 9+ since it’s about 200 pages and it faces serious issues.
